Texas Trade Up Appliance Rebate Program
You can begin reserving your appliance rebates either by phone or online for qualified replacements.
You must replace an older appliance for a new, energy-efficient model to receive a mail-in rebate. You can qualify for up to two different appliance rebates from the eligible appliance list on back. The Texas Trade Up Appliance Rebate Program will also offer an additional incentive to recycle old appliances.
Check out http://texaspowerfulsmart.com/rebate/ for more information!
So if you are interested, start bringing your items to the nearest recycling facilities. You may even see some small change for your appliances at a metal recycling center!
If you have BTU and plan to buy a new HVAC or solar hot water heater you can double your savings by applying for their rebates as well:
